Data Analyst – Johannesburg or Pretoria (Hybrid)

Contract: 6–12 months (project dependent)
Hybrid: 3 days onsite | 2 days remote

Our client is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to analyse enterprise data and deliver actionable business insights, dashboards, and performance reporting to support data-driven decision-making.

Minimum Requirements:

3+ years' experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI
Strong SQL skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with DAX and Power Query
Strong data visualisation and storytelling skills
Business analysis and stakeholder engagement experience
Microsoft Fabric experience advantageous
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business and operational data
Develop Power BI dashboards and reports
Define and monitor KPIs
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions
Validate, cleanse, and interpret data
Present insights to business stakeholders
Collaborate with Data Engineers and Product Owners to enhance reporting capabilities
