Senior Design Lead (6-Month Contract)

Salary: R80 000 per month
We are looking for an experienced Senior Design Lead to lead a talented design team, drive design strategy, and deliver exceptional user experiences across digital products.
Minimum Requirements:
- 7–10 years' experience in Product, UX/UI or Digital Design.
- 1–2 years' people management experience.
- Experience leading design teams and managing multiple projects.
- Strong knowledge of Design Thinking, UX/UI, Product Design, and Design Systems.
- Experience with Figma and other modern design tools.
- Project Management experience.
- Design qualification/certification advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver user-centred design solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Drive design strategy and best practices.
- Manage design delivery across multiple squads.
- Improve customer experience through innovative design.
- Measure design impact and drive continuous improvement.
